All products are designed and tested to meet high-quality standards before being released.
We release items in limited drops — once they’re gone, they won’t be restocked (unless stated otherwise).
Prices, products, and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are made to order and may take several weeks to ship depending on production timelines.
By placing a pre-order, you agree to wait for the stated estimated delivery period (listed on each product page).
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together unless stated otherwise.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through our website checkout.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods.
Prices are displayed in AUD by default (international customers may see currency conversions at checkout).

Product Availability

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders if a product sells out unexpectedly.
In the rare case of an oversell or production issue, we’ll contact you immediately to arrange a refund or alternative.
