My name is Ronan. My martial arts journey began in the Philippines when I was five years old, training in Taekwondo. Over the years, I expanded into Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and boxing, and today I continue to train in MMA at Rival Gym in Castle Hill.

In February 2025, the idea for CAGECRAFT came to me during a wrestling class. I noticed that most of my training partners were wearing the same expensive brand of fightwear — shorts and rashguards costing over $100. That moment sparked something in me.
​
I decided to create my own brand with two clear goals:

To share my belief that training in martial arts is one of the best ways to build a strong, resilient mind.

To make high-quality fightwear more affordable and accessible, so more people can experience the benefits of training.
That’s how CAGECRAFT was born — out of passion, purpose, and a drive to make combat sports more accessible to everyone willing to put in the work.
