Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide from Sydney, Australia.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Australia-Wide: Free standard shipping for a limited time.
Express Shipping: Available at checkout (additional cost).
International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress.

At CAGECRAFT, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every piece is inspected before shipping, but if there’s an issue, we’ve got you covered.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind Returns: As a small independent brand, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors, so please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
