Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

  • Australia-Wide: Free standard shipping for a limited time.

  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout (additional cost).

  • International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your order’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

At CAGECRAFT, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every piece is inspected before shipping, but if there’s an issue, we’ve got you covered.

  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of receiving it and we’ll organise a replacement or refund.

  • Change of Mind Returns: As a small independent brand, we currently don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing errors, so please check our size guide carefully before ordering.
